Catching up
I finally posted my pix from the 4th of July BBQ and other events, nothing too exciting. Cleaning out my camera's memory card before Venice!!!!
July 4th
Audio Rack
So I got a matching Audio Rack to my TV Stand, courtesy of my brother picking it up and shipping it to me.
Its awesome!
Ouch
Well, Lynne came to visit, and James and Maria came to hang out. Two nights of consecutive BBQs (one due to the blackout), with the second being far better cuisine. However, I also discovered my wrist is clearly sprained... Hence the title.

I love it down here! Its so nice seeing Lynne and visiting Tania (Lynne's coming back to NY!). I had such good day in the office at Raleigh too. I prolly should have taken a picture or two. Next time.

Birthday! 8/2
So, I had such a good bday. I was planning to pretty much let the day slide, with the trip to NC next weekend to hang out with the gang, but circumstances prevented me from boredom! First, I think I had a million people call me, which was awesome, especially catching up with everyone that I have been neglecting on the phone. Jess moved in, and I surprisingly enjoyed carrying her stuff in the house. Our house is back in the "under construction" state. Then, I was supposed to meet Rachel for glasses shopping and some general hanging out. I'd figure if people were up for dinner, great, otherwise I'd spend the rest of the evening hanging out. Instead, we hit the store (Greenwich Optics was closed!), and Rae totally tricked me! She set it up as if she called Brad and Annie, and we were going to Fish for dinner. Jess and Dan were like they are planning to hit the city for the night for Jess's brother's bday. Rae was like, Brad needs to fix his stereo (very plausible!!!!), and boom
